Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in creating more than $1.3 billion in BTR transactional volume, establishing himself as a trusted advisor and innovator in the industry.

Brad Cooper is the co-founder of Red Rock Advisors, where he partners with Bobby Stamps to provide strategic guidance in land, lot, and development opportunities across the Southeast. At Red Rock Advisors, Brad leverages his extensive industry expertise to deliver key market insights—tracking shifting supply and demand trends while assessing potential exit strategies to ensure each deal aligns with long-term profitability goals.
Previously, Brad was the co-founder and Managing Principal of Blue River Development, LLC, where he led a diverse portfolio of development projects. His passion for building vibrant communities, disciplined approach to deal sourcing and analysis, and focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships were central to the company’s success.
